Thistle & Cypress is how we choose to live: cooking and baking shaped by memory and travel, exploring wine and the stories it tells, rebuilding a blank Pennsylvania landscape one tree, shrub, perennial, and herb at a time—and sharing the discoveries openly. We’re makers at heart. Florals and wreaths, paint, upcycled pieces, even modern tools like AI—all have a place here. For us, creativity means curiosity in action. Woven through everything is rhythm: daily rituals, mindful moments, seasonal turns that give a life its shape and depth.
This space collects those threads—kitchen, garden, craft, and the rhythm of the year.
